This is a neat little tool whether you are a car audio installer, mechanic, or homeowner.
Most test lights require a known source of voltage or ground, and if you poke the wrong wire, they can apply a load to the circuit that actually damages it. This little guy solves those concerns and lets you know what you've got on each wire without damaging any expensive sensors or components. You just plug it into the cigarette lighter or clip it on the battery posts and away you go. The LEDs are bright and easy to see, so it's a breeze to use.

This test light has 3 colors: white, red, and green. The white LED indicates that there is voltage going through it, and is useful to add a little light to the area that is being tested. The red LED is for (+), and the green LED is for (-). The brightness of the red LED will help indicate how strong the voltage of the circuit being tested is. This test light is computer safe which is a must for modern electrical systems. It has a built in cigarette lighter style plug that has an internal fuse, and an adapter for connecting the tester directly to a battery. An ordinary test light only indicates the presence of a (+) signal while this tester performs like a logic probe to indicate a ground signal as well. It has a very good ergonomic grip, and is recommended for anybody working on automotive electrical systems.

It comes with a cigarette lighter adapter for in car testing, which worked well while installing a radio in my truck. Large battery cables are included for any testing that is required when testing underhood.

This is a Great 12V automotive electrical tester in comes with a battery direct hookup adapter which i was not expecting... it is simply great with the convenience of integrated light there's no need for a drop light or additional flash light to light the area you need to check it is simply a great tool to in your tool box I love it...!!!
